The art of distribution
One live feed.
Thousands of channels. Every one already trusted.
YONDA broadcasts a single live event as hundreds of customised streams — through the co-hosts, partners, sponsors and creators your audience already follows. Different languages, different platforms, different edits, one control room.

Live work delivered for
The reach ceiling
Your launch reaches your followers. Then it stops.
You put months into one live moment and broadcast it down one pipe, in one language, to the audience you already had. Everything past that is paid for.
- Owned reach has a hard edge. Your channel tops out at the people who already subscribed. The rest is rented from a media buy.
- One stream serves one audience. A single English-language feed asks a Mexican, Japanese or Turkish fan to meet you on your terms.
- The moment ends and the content ends with it. No clips, no local versions, no second wave — just a VOD file nobody returns to.
- Nobody trusts a brand channel like they trust a creator. The same content lands differently depending on whose face introduces it.
Fractionalised distribution
We give the event away, and it comes back multiplied.
Instead of one broadcast, YONDA produces hundreds of versions of the same live event and hands each one to a co-host — a creator, a sponsor, a partner, a fan — who streams it to their own audience, in their language, with their own commentary. One feed in. Every relevant channel out.
-
Step 01
Design the audience
We process your CRM data — or build the target from scratch where there isn't any — to work out exactly which communities, platforms and creators hold the audience you want.
-
Step 02
Recruit the co-hosts
A structured outreach programme signs up the channels that match. Typically one to four months of lead time, depending on the profile of the co-hosts required.
-
Step 03
Broadcast once, deliver everywhere
The YONDA Live control room takes one ingest and renders a customised output per destination — language, graphics, sponsor overlays, accessibility, ad breaks — all in the cloud, live.
Delivered, not projected
What it does at full scale
Every figure below is from a live event YONDA produced and distributed.
Who we build this for
Five jobs, one distribution engine
Make a launch cut through
You have a moment, a budget and a busy market. Fractionalised distribution buys reach with relevance instead of media spend, and gives you per-market versions without per-market production.
Deliver a channel plan you can actually staff
We run the audience design, co-host outreach and live production under your strategy. You keep the client relationship; we handle the control room and the 200 outputs behind it.
Take the site-wide experience global
Multiple stages, concurrent streams, sponsor-branded outputs and near-instant clips for artists and managers — at a fraction of conventional distribution cost.
Reach the fandom where it already lives
Personalised streams per artist, per territory, per platform, with clipping as the show runs so the moment keeps working long after the set ends.
Extend the show without diluting it
Localised versions, accessibility tracks, controlled partner distribution and embargo-safe private streams for press and influencers ahead of release.
Bring us the event
Tell us what is happening, when, and what the moment has to achieve. We will tell you whether fractionalised distribution is the right tool.
Event types
Four ways to run it
The same control room handles all of them, so a campaign can move between formats without changing supplier.
Live events
Real-time broadcast with live chat and polls. Everything happens in the moment, and so does the interaction.
As-live events
Pre-recorded content broadcast to a schedule, with live chat and moderation running alongside it. Premiere control without live-day risk.
Scheduled events
Audiences register in advance, so you build anticipation and measure interest before you go on air. Live and pre-recorded material can be mixed.
Private events
Access by password or invitation, with per-viewer watermarking. Built for embargoed material going to press and influencers.
YONDA Live
One control room, unlimited outputs
YONDA Live is a cloud master control room. It takes your feeds, builds each destination's version live — graphics, overlays, language, sponsor branding, accessibility — and pushes them out through API integrations with social, digital, OTT and FAST channels. No trucks, no per-destination production team.
- Multi-event panel. Group multi-day or multi-slot activations in one place.
- Clipping as you go. Cut moments live, drop them back into the schedule or export them to partners immediately.
- Intelligent scheduling. Sync live feeds with pre-recorded content into one continuous show.
- Live audience monitoring. Engagement and sentiment across every co-host channel while the show is running.

Private events
Show it to the press without watching it leak
YONDA renders a unique watermark into every viewer's stream, live and on demand, and monitors the asset and IP location behind a branded log-in. If a recording escapes, the source is identifiable — even when the watermark has been obscured.
Used by Electronic Arts, Xbox, Sega, Warner Music and Warner Bros. Games to put embargoed material in front of global press and influencer audiences ahead of release.
