Platform

YONDA Live

A cloud master control room built for one job: taking a single live event and delivering a different, correct version of it to every channel that matters — at the same time, without a truck or a per-destination crew.

The YONDA Live control room: event list, source and output monitors, running schedule, live clips, the active distribution list and live engagement counters.

What operators actually work with

Events

Multi-event panel

Group multi-day or multi-slot activations in a single panel, so a three-day festival across three stages is one operation rather than nine.

Schedule

Intelligent scheduling

Sync live feeds with pre-recorded material to build one continuous show. Audiences see one unbroken broadcast; you see the running order.

Graphics

Cloud-rendered overlays

Upload custom graphics and overlays and drop them into the live event in real time, rendered in the cloud rather than on site.

Clips

Clipping as you go

Cut moments while the event is still running, then push them back into the schedule or export them straight to artists, managers and partners.

Distributions

Unlimited destinations

Secure API integrations with social, digital, OTT and FAST channels, plus web and private players. Adding a destination is a configuration, not a production.

Monitoring

Live audience monitoring

Viewers, comments, shares, reactions and sentiment across every output while the show is on air — including co-host channel performance.

Ingest and output

Platform-agnostic by design

Feeds arrive as streaming protocols, ingested files or highlights created on the fly. They leave as whatever each destination expects.

  • Broadcast, OTT and FAST channels for traditional and connected-TV distribution.
  • Social video platforms — YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, X, Bilibili and more.
  • Owned web and private players with your branding and access control.
  • Web3 destinations and in-game environments where the audience has moved there.

Customisation per output

Every stream can differ

A single ingest becomes an unlimited number of customised outputs, each built for the channel it is going to.

Simulcasting sends the same stream to several places. This builds a different stream for each one — language, graphics, sponsor branding, accessibility, ad breaks, length — off a single ingest and a single crew.

  • Language. Localised commentary and on-screen text — 11 languages delivered in a single Xbox and Bethesda Gamescom run.
  • Graphics and sponsor branding. Different sponsor treatment per territory or per partner channel.
  • Advertising and merchandise. Pre-roll, post-roll and in-stream commerce placed per output.
  • Accessibility. Sign language and audio description as first-class outputs, not an afterthought.
  • Watermarking. Per-viewer marks where the content is sensitive.

Event types

Four formats, one control room

01 · Live

Live events

Real-time broadcast with live chat and polls, for when the interaction has to happen in the moment.

02 · As live

As-live events

Pre-recorded content broadcast to a schedule with live chat running alongside. Premiere control, without live-day risk.

03 · Scheduled

Scheduled events

Registration in advance, so you build anticipation and measure interest before you go on air.

04 · Private

Private events

Password or invitation access with per-viewer watermarking. See how private events work.
