Privacy notice

This notice covers the personal data this website collects. It does not cover data processed on behalf of clients under a separate agreement.

What we collect

The enquiry form on this site collects your name, company, work email, role, event timing and the message you write. Nothing else on this site collects personal data — there is no advertising, no third-party tracking and no analytics cookie.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to correspond about the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us about a business matter and expect a reply.

Who processes it

The form submission is delivered by our email provider and stored in our business email system. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where we go on to work together, correspondence is retained under the terms of that engagement.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If you would rather this did not happen, the fonts can be self-hosted — see the note in our repository.
